Linda Stokes is President & CEO of PRISM International, Inc., an international consulting and training firm that helps organizations build inclusive and culturally competent teams by providing a comprehensive, strategic, enterprise--relevant diversity and inclusion process that benefits the organization, their employees and their customers. She leads a unique team of dedicated D & I professionals that apply their organizational and business experience, knowledge and passion for creating an inclusive workforce, workplace and marketplace.

Over the past 23 years, Linda has built PRISM into a firm that has served over two million employees in over 270 organizations in 24 countries. In 2005, she was recognized by the Orlando Women's Executive Council and received their Women's Achievement Award for Business. In addition to being an entrepreneur, she is an executive consultant, program developer, writer and contributor to media on matters of organizational strategic and tactical diversity and inclusion. She is the co-author of the groundbreaking Times-Mirror's book Multicultural Customer Service: Providing Outstanding Service Across Cultures. She is the innovative force behind the development of the Association of ERGs & Councils, the ERG & Council Honors Award™ and the ERG & Council Conference™.

Sanjay Dua
Senior Manager of Change Management for Coca-Cola Refreshments

Sanjay “Sonny” Dua is a Senior Manager of Change Management for Coca-Cola Refreshments. In this role, Sonny leads the organizational change work stream for the divestiture of CCR owned US territories. Before joining CCR, Sonny has held progressive leadership roles in continuous improvement and change management for companies such as GE, The Home Depot, and the TATA Group.

Sonny is the Senior Advisor and Past President of Coca-Cola’s Asian Business Resource Group where he led a team focused on cultural awareness, professional development, community outreach, and marketplace growth. Sonny earned his MBA from University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, and has a Master’s in Instructional Design from Florida State University.
